Director of Operations

We are now looking for Director of Operations to build structure for the fast growing and changing company.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement plans and procedures in order to reach the company goals
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
• Oversee daily operations of the company
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Evaluate performance both from employees, partners and platform
• Participate in expansion activities of the Company (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
• Manage relationships with partners/vendors

Requirements:

• Experience and technical understanding from the payment/bank/card industry
• Experience from management positions
• Fluent English language skills
• Excellent social skills
• Suitable educational background
