Senior Manager, Talent Development - Kemira Oyj

We are now looking for a brave and development-oriented Senior Manager, Talent Development to join Kemira’s Global Talent Development team. 

In this role, you will manage and develop global talent management processes and concepts, including talent identification, development and succession planning. You will enhance Kemira’s recruitment process in its entirety, from the first point of contact up to successful onboarding. You will manage the people engagement surveys and transform the analytics into action. In order to ensure the constant learning and development of Kemira’s people, you will strengthen the culture of continuous feedback and listening. You will cooperate with colleagues across the HR organization and take part in development of the key strategic HR focus areas, such as leadership framework renewal, wellbeing, people analytics and digitalization. In addition, you will act as single point of contact to the US region’s HR organization in the full range of Talent Development related topics. You will report to the VP, Talent Development. 

The Human Resources team at Kemira enables Kemira’s strategy and business objectives through developing the organization and workplace by further developing the digitalization of people processes, driving leadership and talent development, designing competitive rewarding models and by providing efficient HR services to the business.

What we are looking for:  

  • At least five years’ experience in and passion for talent and leadership development and recruitment in a global organization  
  • Strong project management skills (ideally using design thinking and agile practices) and ability to lead change 
  • Experience in digital HR tools and advanced analytical skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence and navigate in a global matrix organization 
  • Strong communication skills in English (Finnish skills are an advantage) 
  • Ideally MSc in Behavioral science / Human Resources or a related academic field of study 

Location: Preferably Helsinki, Energiakatu 4 (HQ) but other Kemira’s key locations are possible as well.
