The company is going through a major transformation of its core business in Finland but also in the other current markets (Sweden, Russia, UK). We are also expanding the brand through new channels including Pharma & eCom.
E-Commerce Manager will lead, manage and help set the strategic and operational model for Lumene’s new eCommerce business in Swedish market. Reporting to the Global Director of eCommerce & Digital, you will play a key role in the development, execution and management, for one of the most important new sales channels in the Lumene markets.
You will have a proven track record of delivering and owning an eCommerce strategy including targets/forecast setting, aligned to a long-term strategy and overall company year plan. Develop and execute eCommerce activations with partners in strong alignment with the country sales teams.
You need an ability to drive eCommerce capabilities in the wider organization and to help build the fundamentals and speed up embedding eCommerce sales within the country mix. You have a solid proven background of experience in an eCommerce, environment, managing and executing the day to day ecommerce operation, especially setting sales strategy and execution, run activations, measure success, and optimize continuously. A strong understanding & experience of the Swedish market, preferably from an online retail experience, and ideally from a beauty business.
You are a self-initiated leader with a team player’s can-do attitude. You combine your proactive, innovative business growth activities with a rational but well thought through approach based on facts. You don’t mind a fast moving, challenging environment where one must roll up the sleeves and get things done. You can make change happen to create something new in the market.

You must be able to communicate fluently both in Swedish and in English. Finnish is advantage.
