We are looking for an energetic and business-minded Director Leadership & Engagement / HR Manager to support Altia’s commercial businesses and to lead Altia level HR development concepts.

In this role, your responsibilities include driving business success by providing HR partnership and expertise to business managers and team leaders. You will work for mid and long-term capability development, designing and implementing concepts and practices for capability and talent development and selection. With your coaching approach and hands-on way of working you will drive Altia’s Good Leaderhip principles to practical activities. In addition, you will lead and participate in group level HR development projects such as recruitment, performance development discussions, engagement surveys, talent programs and performance evaluation. By 2030, Altia aims to be among the top 25% companies in working life quality, and you will play a key role in that journey by introducing your own unique ideas to the organization and transforming them into action.

You will work as an integral part of a 9-member team of collaborative HR professionals and report to the Senior Vice President HR. The position is located in Altia’s head office in Ruoholahti, Helsinki and will include travelling to the Nordic countries on a monthly basis.

  • You are fluent in Finnish and English (both written and spoken)
