We are now looking for a proactive and business-minded HR Manager to lead Finnish HR operations in Lantmännen Cerelia Oy.

Lantmännen Cerealia develops healthy, nutritious and convenient food that meets the needs and wishes of customers and consumers, in a responsible way. The core of the assortment is grain-based products, including flour, flour mixes, muesli, crisp bread, pasta and pancakes. The company also provides ready meals, green food and drinks, and much more. The operations of Lantmännen Cerelia are conducted in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Ukraine.

Lantmännen Cerealia is part of the Lantmännen group, an agricultural cooperative owned by 25.000 Swedish farmers, with operations through the whole value chain from field to fork. About the position:

In the HR Manager’s position, the chosen candidate will be supporting the organization in both strategic and operational HR activities. The position is mainly focusing on the production site in Kotka but it is also expected that the new HR Manager is contributing in HR operations both in the Nordic level as well as in the food business unit of the Lantmännen Group. Therefore the position is located both in Kotka (Production Site) and Salmisaari (HQ, Food Business Unit).

The key responsibilities of the HR Manager are to:

  • Lead for the HR operational activities as Recruitment, Onboarding, Off-boarding, Health and Safety, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll etc. Ensure E-2-E processes are in place and roles and responsibilities are clear.
  • Responsible for the Union collaboration and negotiations.
  • Coach and develop the Finnish and remote managers in HR related topics, processes and tools to strengthen their leadership capabilities.
  • Lead for the employee engagement agenda for Finland (strengthen the one Cerealia, Lantmännen culture).
  • Manage and improve the HR 3:rd party suppliers and processes.
  • Contribute to developing ways of working in the LM Cerealia Nordic HR organization.
  • Partner the Kotka Management team in the culture, organizational and people agenda. Lead the teambuilding activities.
  • Lead the development and improvement of the organization, capability and flexibility.
  • Perform and ensure continuous improvement of the HR administration and reports.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

  • University degree in HR Management or equivalent
  • Min 5-6 years of broad HR experience (plant/manufacturing environment)
  • Skilled and experienced in labour law and negotiations
  • Experience and proven results of working with and continuous improvement of HR processes and toolbox
  • Experience from change management
  • Fluent in Finnish and ability to work efficiently in English (Swedish is a plus)
