SYSTEM SERVICE ENGINEER

To provide technical support and to meet and exceed customer expectations

By providing high level technical support for customers the System Service Engineer is contributing the company´s goals both financially and strategically.

Main responsibilities for System Service Engineer

• Technical support and training to customers
• System Installation, Upgrades, Configuration & Commissioning
• Perform preventive maintenance and on-call duties according to system service agreements
• Look for new service sales business opportunities and provide leads to sales department
• Actively work to ensure that quality processes and instructions are being adhered to.

Requirements for the role

• Degree in engineering or degree in control & process automation
• Minimum 5 years’ experience from process industry
• Fluently in Finnish and very good in English, both verbally and in writing
• Driver’s license.
