HR Director, Nordic - UTC HVAC North Europe

We are looking for Nordic HR Director for UTC HVAC North Europe region (Benelux, Nordic, Russia).

This position includes overall HR responsibility in Finland and Sweden. In addition to Nordic HR responsibility you are member of UTC HVAC North Europe Management team. The HR Director Nordic role is very operative but same time you have possibility to influence at a strategic level as a member of the Management team.

One of your main responsibility in short time is to create and develop operational models and processes in HR department.

Professional background, experience and education

The person we are looking for have:

• Solid experience from similar HR work (at least 5 years)
• Experience in similar role in international company
• Understanding of international corporate business operations
• Experience from change management and developing new processes and operational models
• Fluency in English, Swedish and Finnish, both speaking and writing
• Relevant university degree
